1. General Terms

1.1 Recording of Communication

Every terms of communication is recorded for safety and emergency proposals, and those records are always stored safely in Weorex. We never share information about our clients’ brands or companies without their permission.

1.2 Direct Purchase

International customers must purchase directly from Weorex. No other conditions shall apply. Weorex and the Client will be referred to as the “Parties”.

1.3 Applicability

Any quotations and subsequent direct sales to customers outside India shall be subject to these terms unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. Without our express written approval, do not change any of these terms.

1.4 Products

Our product range, including PP food-grade boxes, is available in our catalogues and on www.weorexpacking.com. Only Weorex-authorized quotations are considered valid.

2. Pricing

2.1 Currency and Taxes

Prices are quoted in USD based on EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF terms and exclude VAT. Taxes, customs, and charges will be added as applicable.

2.2 Validity

Prices are valid only within the dates mentioned in the Proforma Invoice. After expiry, re-quotation is required.

3. Offers

3.1 Validity

Weorex’s terms and conditions of offer are only valid for a limited period unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Offer Acceptance

Offers may be accepted individually by both Parties, specifically referencing the contract or order.

4. Orders

4.1 Confirmation

Clients must provide a confirmation notice prior to placing a purchase order. Weorex will issue an Order Confirmation (FORM INCO01) which must be signed and returned by email.

4.2 Fixed Terms

Terms specified in our offers are fixed for a limited period unless otherwise mutually agreed.

4.3 Confirmation Notice

If no claim or change is requested within 36 hours from release of the purchase order, the buyer is deemed to accept all general and specific terms.

4.4 Cancellation

After first payment, cancellation will be processed based on production cost already spent.
Weorex will calculate cost used, deduct it, and refund the balance (if any).
Clients may take finished products but pricing will be recalculated based on revised quantity.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery

Weorex will try to meet estimated delivery times but accepts no liability for delays. Under EXW, risk passes when goods leave Weorex premises.

5.2 Delivery Costs

All delivery-related costs are borne by the Client under EXW.

5.3 Tracking

We will provide shipment tracking details where available.

5.4 Delivery Port Change

Confirmed ports cannot be changed. If requested, amendment charges must be paid by the Client.

6. Incoterms 2020

6.1 Accepted Terms

EXW, FOB, C&F, and CIF are commonly accepted. Other terms require agreement.

6.2 EXW

Products are delivered at our warehouse. Trucking and export clearance must be arranged by the Buyer. Free days apply; extra days incur holding charges.

6.3 FOB

We deliver goods to the departure port, clear for export, and load them. Buyer takes responsibility once goods are loaded.

6.4 C&F

We pay freight to the destination port. Insurance is NOT included; Buyer must insure goods.

6.5 CIF

CIF covers freight and insurance. Duties, VAT, and import taxes are excluded.

7. Samples

7.1 Sample Availability

Samples are provided upon request.

7.2 Sample Charges

The Buyer must pay all courier charges.

7.3 Sample Limitations

Limitations may apply based on sample size and availability.

7.4 Sample Request

Requests must be submitted via sample form or company letterhead.

7.5 Payment

Sample payments must be made via PayPal or TT in USD.

8. Pricing & Payment Terms

8.1 Price Quotations

Prices depend on chosen Incoterms. Any amendment requires a new order or confirmation.

8.2 Mutual Agreement

Payment terms are mutually agreed and must be followed strictly.

8.3 Payment Breakdown

If partial payments are allowed:
• 40% Advance
• Remaining payments based on agreed milestones (photos, videos, etc.)

8.4 Advance Payment

No production starts without advance TT payment.

8.5 Bill of Lading

BL will not be released until all payments are completed. This is non-negotiable.

9. Documents

9.1 Documents Section

We provide basic export documents. Additional documents must be requested prior to order confirmation.

9.2 Documents Delivery

Original documents are couriered after full payment. Copies are stored by Weorex.

10. Inspection

10.1 Buyer’s Inspection

Buyer may arrange inspection before production, after production, or during stuffing with 2–3 days’ notice.

10.2 Inspection Cost

All inspection costs must be paid by the Buyer.

11. Acceptance

Orders are valid only when sealed, signed, and accepted in writing by Weorex. Email confirmation is required.

12. Waste Management

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to manage packaging waste professionally.

13. Prohibited Uses

Misuse of the website or content is strictly prohibited.

14. Warranty & Guarantee

Weorex does not provide warranty or guarantee on packaging items, spices, moringa, or any products. Buyers must confirm suitability.
